TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Placing of orders and purchasing of items

Place your order by filling up our order form here

Emails would be checked daily and a confirmation email of your orders would be sent to you in a max of 3 days.

Please take note that upon receiving the confirmation letter, you’re given a maximum of 7 days to make payment.

If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

Also, we will NOT be held responsible for any mistake in your orders sent to us so it would be best for you to double check on the details of your order before any confirmation.

Lastly, there will be NO cancellation of orders after payment has been made. Do take note.

*The colours of the item may differ slightly from the pictures shown in the blog page due to camera settings and lighting conditions.

2. Refund of Items

There will only be a refund if the items you ordered happen to be out of stock (OOS).

Otherwise, there will NOT be any refunds given or any exchange of items allowed.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO ANY DEFECTS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS. BUT WE WILL CHECK THE GOODS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE DOING MEETUP :)

3. Method of Payment

There will be 2 payment methods: Bank transfer and meet ups. Therefore, if you do not have a bank account or can’t do a bank transaction, meet ups would also be available, but to our convenience. (:

Otherwise, if you want to make your payment through bank transfer, inform us and our bank account number will be included in the confirmation email.

Also, please keep the receipt after you have transferred the money to us.

4. Method of Collection

Meet-ups are held anywhere on the Green Line from EW1 (Pasir Ris) to EW12 (Bugis) and Circle Line from CC5 (Stadium) to CC10 (Macpherson).

If you would like to meet-up at other MRT stations, an additional charge of $1~2 will be included in the payment.

However, we do NOT meet-up at any Red or Purple Line MRT Station. Do take note as well (:

Also, try not to be late for meet-ups as we would only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.

And if you happen to have something on and would like to cancel the meet-up, do inform us (1~2 days) early.

5. Preorders of Merchandise

We only provide pre-orders for Kpop Accessories in batches. Pre-orders would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks after the closing date of batches. This means that if you order items from the Kpop Accessories Category, it must only be if you can wait.

We only order these items in bulk (batches) from our suppliers.

Also, you must submit your orders and pay for these items at least 2 days before the closing date. If we do not receive the payment for these items by then, your order would be cancelled. In the event of late payment, your orders will be included in the following batch instead.

There are items of other bands that we did not put up (2pm caps, SNSD lightsticks etc), therefore you can order them if you want to, but only if there's at least 2 cappings. (:
